JANUARY 2008
Hi everyone. It has been a while between news items, but I have been caught up in the everyday business of life, kids and about a million different things. Life is good though, Tim and I have been writing more material and we are gearing up to do some more recording in January '08 up in Byron Bay at Studios 301. This is a beautiful studio in a beautiful location. Hopefully our new material will be a reflection of this too.
I have been playing regularly with THE FRANTICS all over Melbourne and Victoria as usual. Brian has re joined the band after Oliver and Hamish have moved on to pursue their own dreams. We wish them good luck. Tim and I have been doing gigs on the Spirit of Tasmania (the ship that travels between Melbourne and Devonport) over the summer months for the past few years. This is great as we just do the whole gig with one acoustic guitar and both of us singing. We do all our original material as well as heaps of interpretations of covers - we have to, we play for about 5 hours on each crossing!!

All our beautiful children are happy and healthy. They make every day a pleasure to live. I will keep you all posted as to any more news on the recordings. It is so exciting to create new music with other great people. Thank you to everyone who is involved with this whole creative process.
