Idealight was originally established in 1994 as a global network of seasoned executives, successful entrepreneurs, and management consultants with core experience in the technology, media, entertainment and wireless sectors.

Until 2002, the focus was on the development, financing, and internationalization of companies with a primary focus on technology. This focus eventually shifted more and more towards media and entertainment, providing the company with a deep understanding of emerging distribution and marketing models. In 2004, the company spun off a new venture focused specifically on digital media delivery solutions and distribution for the web and mobile phone called AMUSE Entertainment Group. Shortly thereafter, Idealight was re-structured and re-focused, seeking a business model that would optimize its knowledge and networks in the media and entertainment space and provide the greatest value to the companies operating in it.

Today, Idealight is focused on providing improved models and channels for content producers to finance, market and distribute their content to a global audience. In this domain, Idealight develops and implements strategies and models related to production, distribution and promotion of entertainment properties using an integrated approach that involves creative financing, product placement and sponsorship, and integrated marketing and promotions using traditional methods and combined with the web and mobile phone.

Through our Product Placement and Sponsorship division, we use our networks and knowledge to provide consumer brands with the knowledge, access and expertise to integrate their brands into leading entertainment properties including film, television, music videos, video games and events.
