JULY 2005 - PETER AND GORDON ARE TO REFORM FOR A SPECIAL CONCERT. THIS IS GROUND BREAKING NEWS FOR THE WORLD

Yes that's right. Peter and Gordon are to reform. There are two shows that have been booked  at BB Kings Club in New York on the August 2: at 7:30 pm and 11:00pm .

The  1st show  is sold out and the other one is selling fast. The concert is a special event for Mike Smith.

Most of us know Mike Smith through the music of the Dave Clark Five. Mike provided that dominating vocal, plus amazing keyboards, versatile song-writing, and wonderful stage presence. His good-time energy fed part of our childhood. And then...Many of us were blessed again when Mike Smith toured the USA in 2003 with..."Mike Smith's Rock Engine" That excellent band covered several DC5 hits as they presented a dynamic magazine of classic rock and roll songs to audiences across the United States. But then...

In October 2003, Mike fell from a fence at his home in Spain. He broke his neck, and presently resides in a hospital in London. With the persevering help of his wife Charlie, with the incredible support and encouragement of his fans, and by the grace of God, Mike has courageously fought for his life these many months. The concerts will be broadcast live on  XM RADIO www.xmradio.com All you will have to do to listen to this monumental event will be to tune into the XM RADIO network. The concert will be at BB KINGS Club.  At the epicenter of the new Disneyfied Times Square area on its most frenetic stretch, 42nd Street between 7th and 8th Avenues, is the flashy B.B.King Blues Club and Grill. This subterranean colossus, one of New York City's newest supper clubs, is becoming an entertainment Mecca for Rock n Roll, Blues, Jazz, Rhythm and Blues and Pop music performers and their adoring fans.
