Superb coming back from USA to here, your surgery, I finally value home! The medical system over there was horrid, people dying on the streets from lack of medical attention. Thank You! There is a God!

The surgery is magnificent! It must be another Malinka job! My only problem is that I can't find the jellybeans. Maybe Robert's taken them on holiday with him. That's probably it. The new surgery looks tremendous! The locum is remarkable and beyond friendly!
